Highlights of the Mastering Macarons Cooking Class include the following:

  1. Comprehensive Instruction: Starting with a solid meringue to mastering mixing techniques, this class will cover the ins and outs of the classic French pastry sandwich.
  2. Hands-On Experience: Each participant will be hands-on in the kitchen, honing their skills under Jess’ guidance.
  3. Troubleshooting Tips: Learn how to troubleshoot and gain confidence to perfect this sometimes-finicky dessert.
  4. Take-Home Treats: Participants will leave the class with one dozen beautifully crafted macarons.
