Top Honors Awarded in FFA Market and Breeding Meat Goat Show

Judges viewed 100 animals from 71 exhibitors in the FFA Market Meat Goat show and 172 animals from 96 exhibitors in the FFA Breeding Meat Goat show. The honors were awarded Wednesday, August 16, at the 2023 Iowa State Fair.

Champion Market Meat Goat was awarded to Max Petzenhauser of Roland-Story FFA, Story City. Petzenhauser also claimed the Reserve Champion Market Meat Goat title.

Grand Champion Doe was awarded to Tanner Curtin of Williamsburg FFA, Williamsburg, and Kate Schaefer of ADM FFA, Adel claimed the Reserve Champion Doe.
