Quilting Artists Patch Up Work to Catch the Eye of the Judges

Skilled artists around Iowa competed in the Quilting division of the Fabric and Threads Competition judged before the start of the 2024 Iowa State Fair. Each piece is judged upon design, workmanship and finishing.

Ana Blickenderfer of Charles City was awarded Best of Show and Judy Rohret of Oxford won the Sweepstake award for the Quilting division.

Fabric and Threads exhibits will be on display every day of the Fair from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the William C. Knapp Varied Industries Building sponsored by Principal.
