Charles City Artist Wins State Fair Hooked Rugs Title

Jan Faust of Charles City won Best of Show and the Sweepstakes Award in the Hooked Rugs division of the Fabric and Threads Competition, judged before the start of the 2023 Iowa State Fair.

Fabric and Threads exhibits will be on display every day of the Fair from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the William C. Knapp Varied Industries Building sponsored by Principal.
