Campers Light the Night in Iowa State Fair Contest

James Breckenridge of Jasper County won Champion Overall honors in the annual Campground Lighting Contest judged at the 2023 Iowa State Fair. Breckenridge earned free camping for the entire 2024 Fair.

Jeri Bowen of Davis County won Reserve Champion Overall, winning eleven admission tickets to the 2024 Fair.

James Breckenridge of Jasper County also won the Showmanship and Best Use of State Fair Theme.

Jeri Bowen of Davis County also won Most Number of Lights Used.

Dorothy Smith of Davis County won Most Original Entry.
