Large Group Donation Requests

These requests are for non-profit or community-based groups who wish to attend the Iowa State Fair as a group, particularly those serving under-resourced to underserved populations, such as:

• Youth organizations (i.e., Boys & Girls Clubs)
• Senior care facilities or retirement homes
• Social service groups supporting low-income families

The large group donation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to ticket availability. Please note, organizations are limited to one request per calendar year.

If your organization is seeking a large group donation (more than four tickets), please include the following in your request:

• Details about your organization and the population served
• Purpose of the visit (i.e., enrichment opportunity, summer programming)
• Total number of tickets requested
• Preferred date(s) of attendance)

Large group donation requests are due June 30.
