Notice to Bidders
The Iowa State Fair Board of Directors (Owner) will receive bids to perform construction for the project titled "ISF Swine Updates - Phase 2" located on the Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, Iowa.
A pre-bid meeting for prospective bidders will be held at the Maintenance Building, Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, Iowa, at 2:00 p.m. local time, Monday, March 23, 2026.
Bids will be received by the owner at the Iowa State Fair Maintenance Building, Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, Iowa, on or before 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
Interested bidders may obtain a set of bidding documents after March 10, 2026, by contacting Iowa Reprographics Inc., 3 College Ave., Des Moines, Iowa, phone: 515-244-5705. A document deposit of $100.00 or current builder's association plan deposit card is required. Prior to bidding, bidders are encouraged to visit the project site on the Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, Iowa.
