Ladies Yell Over the Crowd for Ribbons at Iowa State Fair Contest

Rose Beauregard of Centerpoint won top honors in the Ladies’ Husband Calling contest judged Friday at the 2018 Iowa State Fair.
Danielle Kunze of Mitchellville claimed second place and third place went to Cindy Arbogast of Ankeny.
The contest was part of “Rural Americana Olde Tyme Competitions” in Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall. A first prize of $5 and ribbons were awarded to each class.
