*Orders placed and confirmed by July 1 will receive the advance pricing. Invoices will be sent from the Sponsorship Department following the Fair.

*Sponsors inside the Varied Industries Building will be provided up to 10 wireless codes for free with booth. Extra codes are $30 each.  Please note below the total number of wireless devices you require to connect.

  • All telephone and internet service is provided through the Iowa State Fair switch equipment.  
  • If other providers are used, you still may have charges from the ISF Communications Department.  
  • If order is canceled less than 10 days before the event, a 50% fee will be charged.  
  • Any compatibility difficulties due to customer requested services are not refundable.  
  • Not all connection types available in all areas.  
  • For outdoor connection, we will provide best available connection type for location and booth type. 
  • Standard data speeds: wireless 40Mb, hardwired 20Mb – not guaranteed
