Service (where available)

Please read below:

• Orders placed and confirmed by July 1 will receive the advanced pricing.  
• All telephone and internet service is provided through the Iowa State Fair switch equipment.  
• If other providers are used, you still may have charges from the ISF Communications Department.  
• If order is canceled less than 10 days before the event, a 50% fee will be charged.  
• Any compatibility difficulties due to customer requested services are not refundable.  
• Not all connection types available in all areas.  
• For outdoor connection, we will provide best available connection type for location and booth type. o Please make note if either Wi-Fi or hardwired connection is preferred.  
• Standard data speeds: wireless 40Mb, hardwired 20Mb – not guaranteed  
• All payments MUST be made before the END of the Fair to avoid a surcharge.
