Join the first Iowa State Fair Pop Up Happy Hour from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, August 18. Exclusive discounts will be available at participating Iowa State Fair establishments. Tickets for Pop Up Happy Hour are just $30 and tickets include admission into the Fair.
Discounts on adult beverages, range from $2 off to half price during the 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. event. Only registered participants will receive discounts. Discounts include:
• Susan Knapp Amphitheater - $2 OFF per drink
• Stockman's Inn – ½ price- Lynchburg Lemonade, Cayman Jack Margaritas, beer and seltzer
• JR's South Pork Ranch Craft Corral - $2 OFF per beverage
• Wine Experience in Grandfather's Barn - $1 OFF sample tray
• The Depot Back Bar- $2 off per drink
• NEW! Fair View Tap by Grandfather's Barn - FREE DRINK
The Pop Up Happy Hour will begin at the new Fair View Tap at the top of the hill near Grandfather's Barn. The Fair View Tap will serve a wide selection of beers and wines in a relaxed atmosphere with the best view on the Fairgrounds. The new Fair View Tap will be open August 11-21, 2022 with special events like trivia and music throughout the Fair.
