FFA Floriculture

Forty-three exhibitors entered 623 flowers in the FFA Floriculture competition judged on Thursday, August 11, at the 2022 Iowa State Fair.

Quinn Schmidt of Mid-Prairie FFA, Wellman, won the Award of Excellence and the Sweepstakes Trophy.

Skylar Hanford of West Marshall FFA, State Center, and Jaylene Vroegh of Agri-Power FFA, Eddyville, tied for the Showing Contest.

Entries will be on display throughout the Fair from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the John Deere Agriculture Building sponsored by Alliant Energy.
