Rider Height Min.: accompanied by an adult

Only complimentary passes printed with the current year will be accepted. All other passes not valid.

All riders must be at least 48 inches tall or accompanied by an adult.

All riders shall follow the instructions of the ride attendants and conduct themselves responsibly at all times.

Sky glider does not stop to load passengers.

Do not swing or bounce the chair.

No food, drink or glassware allowed on the ride. No smoking.

Never attempt to lift the safety bar without the help of the ride attendant. 

Stay seated at all times.

Do not climb on, around or through the ride fences.

Do not drop, throw or otherwise expel objects from the ride.

Do not run in the midway or around the ride.

Any injuries however minor shall be reported to the ride operator prior to leaving the ride premises.

State law requires riders to obey all warnings and directions for this amusement ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to the injury of themselves or others. Rides must report injuries prior to leaving the premises. Failure to comply is punishable by fine.

No refunds.

If you are caught bouncing or spitting off the sky glider, you will be escorted from the grounds without return privileges.
