Weeds Cannot Hide From These State Fair Winners

Iowa gardeners tested their abilities to identify weeds in the Weed Identification Contest, judged Friday, August 11 at the 2017 Iowa State Fair.
Henric Krause of Johnston won first place in the Youth class while Karen Stiles of Des Moines earned first place in the General class. Cindy Recker of Peosta claimed top honors in the Professional class.
