Pioneer Hall Contests

Colton Carr of West Chester won top honors in the ages 4-16 Duck Calling Contest judged Thursday at the 2019 Iowa State Fair.
Adelyn Carr of West Chester claimed second place and third place went to Max Handorf of Gladbrook.
In the 17 and over division, Cooper Harrison of Griswold claimed his spot at the top.
Shane Harrison of Griswold took second place and Josh Carr of West Chester stood in third place.
The contest was part of “Rural Americana Olde Tyme Competitions” in Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall. A first prize of $5 and ribbons were awarded to each class.
