Food - It's a Wrap with Azteca Tortillas

Pamela Reynolds of Norwalk won first place and a $50 cash award in the It’s A Wrap With Azteca Tortillas contest, judged Thursday, August 18, at the 2022 Iowa State Fair.

Cathy Stahlman of Boone earned second place and $30. Ann Gillotti claimed third place and $20.

Entries were judged on creative use of tortilla and taste.

The Iowa State Fair Food Department is the largest of any state fair in the country. There are 128 divisions, 615 classes and nearly 6,300 entries at this year’s Fair. Food Department judging is held in the Elwell Family Food Center sponsored by Urban Air Adventure Park.
