Adult Hog Calling

Bill Yount of Greenfield took the first place honors in Adult Hog Calling. The event took place on Friday, August 19, at the 2022 Iowa State Fair.

Jordan Maxfeldt of Baxter tied with Kyle Dalz of West Des Moines for second place.

Amy Ohnemus of Carlisle claimed the third place spot.

The contest was part of “Rural Americana Olde Tyme Competitions” in Farm Bureau Pioneer Hall. A first prize of $5 and ribbons were awarded to each class.
