THIS IS ONLY AN APPLICATION FOR SPACE AND IS NOT A SPACE RENTAL LEASE.

A lease agreement will be sent to jury selected applicants.

This application must be returned by March 18, 2025, to meet the deadline for jury selection.

I agree to abide with all Iowa State Fair rules and regulations and certify I have read and understand the information in the Space Rental Guide and that the information in this application form is complete and true, to the best of my knowledge.
