    A British born rocker who grew up on the streets of L.A., Lita Ford is a founding member of the all-female rock band, Runaways. Following the demise of the Runaways, Lita Forde concentrated on her own career with many memorable hits including the chart topping duet with Ozzy Osbourne “Close Your Eyes Forever,” “What Do You Know About Love,” “Shot Of Poison,” “Larger Than Life” and “Kiss Me Deadly.” With the release of “Living Like a Runaway,” expect many more songs to be added to her list of hits.

    A key presence in the synth pop movement of the early ‘80s, Naked Eyes formed in Britain in 1981. Almost immediately, the band signed to EMI and began recording at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. The lead single, a cover of the Burt Bacharach/Hal David tune “Always Something There To Remind Me,” emerged as a hit on both sides of the Atlantic, reaching the U.S. Top Ten. The band had subsequent hits "Promises, Promises,” "When the Lights Go Out," and "(What) In the Name of Love."

    Steelheart is a band fronted by Miljenko Matijevic. They released their self-titled debut album in 1990, and it sold 33,000 albums on its first day in Japan alone, then quickly hit platinum status. The ballad “She’s Gone” hit #1 on the International Charts, staying there for 17 weeks. The second single “I’ll Never Let You Go (Angel Eyes)” reached #14 on the billboard charts, and was MTV’s 2nd most requested video. “Everybody Loves Eileen” and its accompanying video also garnered much success.

    Mickey Thomas, the frontman for Starship, was best known for his work with the Elvin Bishop Band prior to joining Starship in 1979. His powerful, melodic vocals marked a new chapter in the band’s history, helping Starship land a string of powerful hits on the radio and MTV including “Jane”, “It’s Not Over (‘Til It’s Over)” and the No. 1 hits “Sara,” the Oscar-nominated “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now,” and “We Built This City” which newer fans may best know for its placement in the popular musical Rock of Ages. Although “Loveless Fascination,” released in September 2013, marks Starship’s first full studio album since 1989, the group remains a popular draw.
