Group Sales

The Iowa State Fair offers a variety of options for corporate events and employee outings. Any of the following selections may be used on their own or combined for a fun-filled day at the Fair. Discount admission tickets, Fair Play Packs, midway and food coupons must be ordered by July 27, 2012 to allow mailing time before the Fair. Supplies of tickets are limited and it is recommended to purchase early to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Discount Admission Tickets

Save $3 with discounted advance admission tickets. Just $7 for adults and $3 for children ages 6-11. Children ages 5 and under are admitted free.

Fair Play Packs

These value-packed kits are good on any Fair day and offer discounts of more than $9 on admission, selected rides and yummy Fair food for all ages. Or save up to $12 on Midway rides when you purchase a 5-pack of tickets.

Midway Tickets - $13 (up to a $25 value)*

• 5 Midway rides

Ages 5 and Under - $15 (up to a $24.50 value)

• 1 Giant Slide or Ye Old Mill ride
• 1 Sky Glider ride
• 1 Snakes Alive or Butterfly House or Train Exhibit admission
• 1 Midway ride
• 1 Pony or Camel ride
• 5 $1 food/beverage tickets**
• (Children ages 5 and under are admitted free every Fair day.)

Ages 6-11 - $18 (up to a $28.50 value)

• 1 Child gate admission
• 1 Giant Slide or Ye Old Mill ride
• 1 Sky Glider ride
• 1 Snakes Alive or Butterfly House or Train Exhibit admission

• 1 Pony or Camel ride

Ages 12 and Older - $19 (up to a $29.50 value)

• 1 Adult gate admission

• 1 Area 51 – Scare Zone admission
• 5 $1 food/beverage tickets**

Food Tickets

Each ticket is good for $1 towards food or beverages at any concession stand**.

Grandstand tickets

Blocks of Grandstand tickets can be reserved for groups. Visit the Grandstand page for the complete line-up.

To allow time for the Fair to mail, all purchases must be made by July 29th. If you have other needs for a large group outing, please contact us with your specific questions at 515/262-3111 ext. 230 or ext. 222.
