Wilson’s Win Farmer’s Challenge Title in State Fair Competition

Eighteen teams competed in the Adult Farmer’s Challenge on Thursday at the 2011 Iowa State Fair.
Each male/female team competed in six farm-related events such as a bale throw, egg toss and gate hanging, and were awarded points for their placement in each event. The team with the most points at the end of the challenge was named the Farmer’s Challenge Champion and received $300 cash.

3) Gerry Gourley, 45, Webster City and Gayle Odlond, 45, Webster City
“Nothing Compares” to the 2011 Iowa State Fair, celebrating 100 years of the Butter Cow August 11-21.
