Tiny Tractors Pull Ahead in State Fair Contest
August 18, 2011
Mini tractor and truck pulling enthusiasts from across the Midwest gathered at the Iowa State Fair Sunday for the 2011 Micro-Mini Tractor and Truck Pulling competition.
Micro-mini tractors and trucks originate from an Ertl-type tractor or Tonka-style truck, which are then fitted with a model airplane or remote control car engine. The tractor or truck is also fitted with a driveline and special pulling tires.
