Tart Limes “Key” to State Fair Pie Title

Emily Elliott of Urbandale won First Place Overall for her Key Lime Pie with Chocolate Crust in the Key Lime Challenge competition judged Thursday at the 2011 Iowa State Fair.

The Iowa State Fair Food Department is the largest of any state fair in the country. Food Department judging is held in the Elwell Family Food Center sponsored by Blue Bunny.
