Ribbons were awarded to artistic Iowans in the Creative Arts contest judged prior to the start of the 2011 Iowa State Fair.
Entries are on display throughout the Fair in the Patty and Jim Cownie Cultural Center, open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
