Healthy Snack Champ Crowned at State Fair

Diane Rauh of Des Moines won first place in the Healthy Snacks by Kellogg contest judged Saturday at the 2011 Iowa State Fair.
Lucas Burr of Iowa City claimed second place, and Daphane Trevillyan of Urbandale took third place.
Entries were judged on taste, creativity and appearance.
The Iowa State Fair Food Department is the largest of any state fair in the country. Food Department judging is held in the recently-renovated Elwell Family Food Center sponsored by Blue Bunny.
