Diapers Earn Blue Ribbons in Derby, Decorating Contests at State Fair

Tiny tots from across Iowa competed in the Decorated Diaper contest and Diaper Derby judged Friday at the 2011 Iowa State Fair.
The Decorated Diaper division featured three categories: Most Creative Decorated Diaper, Iowa State Fair Diaper and Group Theme Diaper. Entries were judged on originality, creativity, appeal and overall effect.
