Application Forms
Below are links to the application forms for the 2012 Fair. Please read all the information in the Space Rental Guide before completing the application form. It provides basic information regarding regulations pertaining to booth size and restrictions, fees charged for participation and an overview of the administrative rules.
All applications on hand are reviewed when a vacant space needs filled. Very few vacancies occur each year, so the likelihood of space being offered is slight. Several considerations are used in selecting a successful replacement exhibitor or vendor. They include but are not limited to size of space that is available, the products or services that are listed on the application, the design and layout of the proposed booth and the comments from references.

Food vendor space is full for the 2012 Fair. These applications below are made available for you to preview the information required. New forms for the 2013 Fair will be posted approximately January 1, 2013.
